This timer is designed to be used with interval training i.e. 4x4s or UpDowns. The timer counts up and then down providing the user a rest period as long as the work performed or a little bit less.
Instructions:
1.Select the amount of time to be subtracted from the rest period.
2.Click START and get climbing.
3.Once the route or routes is/are climbed, click REVERSE. Rest up until the timer reaches 0.
